Assistant Manager- Acted as an SFC licensed representative (RA 1 & 6), handling regulated activities in full compliance with the Listing Rules and the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs.
- Played a key role in multiple M&A and secondary issue transactions — including reverse takeovers, rights issues, and whitewash waiver applications — with aggregate deal values in the hundreds of millions of HKD.
