我哋收集咩資料What we collect

1.1當你透過查詢表格或 WhatsApp 聯絡我哋，我哋會收到你主動提供嘅資料：姓名、電郵、你需要嘅服務類型，同你訊息入面嘅內容。When you contact us through the enquiry form or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email, the type of service you need, and whatever's in your message.

1.2我哋唔會用 cookies 追蹤你，亦冇廣告再營銷像素。網站寄存服務（Netlify）可能因運作需要記錄基本連線紀錄（例如 IP、瀏覽器類型），呢啲屬寄存商標準做法，唔會由我哋另作商業用途。We don't use tracking cookies or ad-retargeting pixels. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may log basic connection data (e.g. IP address, browser type) as standard operating practice — we don't repurpose this for marketing.

點樣用你嘅資料How we use it

2.1單一用途：回覆你嘅查詢，了解你嘅項目需要，同跟進報價或合作。Single purpose: to reply to your enquiry, understand your project, and follow up on a quote or collaboration.

2.2我哋唔會將你嘅資料出售、出租或分享畀第三方作營銷用途。We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

保存期Retention

3.1查詢資料只保存至完成溝通所需嘅合理時間；如展開合作，項目相關資料按項目需要保存。你可以隨時要求刪除。Enquiry data is kept only as long as reasonably needed to complete the conversation; if we start working together, project-related data is kept as needed for the project. You can request deletion at any time.

你嘅權利Your rights

4.1根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章），你有權查閱、更正或要求刪除我哋持有關於你嘅個人資料。Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you.
