Usage runs on an API account in your own name, paid to the provider at cost — I don't mark up your tokens. Priced in the open, nothing hidden.

上線後壞掉怎麼辦？What if something breaks after launch?
如你對成果唔滿意，全部收費 100% 可退（受條款約束，詳見交收承諾）。上線後想長期有人跟，可加購 SiteCare+（一年 HK$3,000／兩年 HK$5,000，一次過預繳，冇月費）：寄存、SSL、備份、監測、修補、緊急復原，加優先支援同不限次數修改（會員價 $140/小時）。冇 SiteCare+ 嘅修改請求按次報價。If you're not satisfied with the outcome, every fee is 100% refundable (subject to terms — see the Handover Promise). For ongoing support after launch, add SiteCare+ (1 year HK$3,000 / 2 years HK$5,000, prepaid once, no monthly billing): hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, patching, emergency restore, plus priority support and unlimited revisions at the $140/hour member rate. Without it, change requests are quoted per request.
點樣俾錢？付款方式係點？How does payment work?
標準做法：落單時俾 50% 訂金開始，成品交付後找清餘下 50%。全部收費 100% 可退（如你唔滿意，受條款約束）— 詳見交收承諾。Standard procedure: 50% deposit at kickoff to start the project, the remaining 50% on final delivery. Every fee is 100% refundable if you're not satisfied, subject to terms — see the Handover Promise.
中途想改範圍點算？What if I want to change scope mid-project?
可以。額外項目行返 收費頁嘅價錢加購；核心範圍以外嘅新要求，我會先話你知額外時間同收費，得你首肯先郁手 — 唔會突然嚟張大單。Sure. Extra items are priced per the pricing page — just add them on. For anything beyond the agreed scope, I'll flag the extra time and cost first and only proceed with your go-ahead — no surprise invoices.
你接香港以外的客戶嗎？Do you work with clients outside Hong Kong?
接。完全支援遠程，英文、廣東話、普通話皆可。港幣定價附美元參考，支援國際付款。Yes. Fully remote-friendly, in English, Cantonese or Mandarin. HKD pricing with USD equivalents; payment works internationally.
點樣知我合唔合資格 −70%？How do I know if I qualify for −70%?
四類企業合資格：初創公司（商業登記／報表）、低利潤或零利潤（最近報稅）、NGO（官方文件）、支持社會權益嘅企業（使命簡述）。最快方法：去收費頁做 30 秒資格快測，合資格即刻可以預留名額；未能即時確認就留低資料，我哋人工覆核。Four groups qualify: start-ups (BR/statements), little-or-no-profit companies (last tax filing), NGOs (official document), and businesses advancing social rights (mission note). Fastest way: take the 30-second check on the pricing page — qualify and you can reserve a slot immediately; otherwise leave your details for a manual review.
−70% 名額係點運作？How do the −70% slots work?
每月設有限額，先到先得：資格確認後即鎖定該月名額同資格價。額滿嘅話會安排落下一個月，價錢照樣鎖定。There's a monthly cap, first come first served: once eligibility is confirmed, your slot and price are locked for that month. If the month is full, you roll to the next month with the price still locked.
我提交嘅證明文件會點處理？What happens to my proof documents?
只用嚟確認 −70% 資格，按《個人資料（私隱）條例》處理：唔會分享畀第三方，確認後應你要求即可刪除。詳見隱私聲明。Used only to confirm −70% eligibility, handled under the PDPO: never shared with third parties, and deleted on request once confirmed. See the Privacy Statement.
用 AI 自動化咗，我使唔使識技術？If AI runs my daily ops, do I need to be technical?
唔使。交付時包教學同文件，日常操作設計到好似用普通 app 一樣；有嘢郁唔到，SiteCare+ 會員優先支援直接搞掂。你負責做生意，技術嘢留返畀我哋。No. Handover includes training and docs, and day-to-day use is designed like any ordinary app. If anything sticks, SiteCare+ priority support handles it — you run the business, we handle the tech.
